The square swing screen, also known as the rectangular swing screen, is a screening equipment with high precision and large output. It features self-cleaning screen effect, high screen utilization rate, long service life, and good sealing performance. Pursuing screening precision alone will sacrifice output, while pursuing high output will reduce precision. The square swing screen is specifically designed to address the above issues and is a screening equipment with high precision and large output, widely used in industries such as chemical and new materials, metallurgy, metal powder, mineral powder, food, salt, sugar, abrasives, and feed. The square swing vibrating screen transfers the vibration and swing motion generated by the vibrator to the screen surface, causing the material to quickly disperse at the front of the screening machine, thus achieving the purpose of screening.
Working Principle:
After the screen machine is started, the shaking body of the screen, namely the screen box, performs back-and-forth motion under the action of inertia. The screen box drives the screen surface to undergo periodic shaking, causing the material on the screen surface to perform directional jumping motion along with the screen box. During this process, particles smaller than the aperture of the screen surface pass through the screen holes and fall to the lower layer, becoming undersize material. Particles larger than the aperture of the screen surface undergo continuous rolling and jumping motion before being discharged from the discharge port, thus completing the screening process.
