The ultrasonic vibrating screen converts 220v, 50hz or 110v, 60hz electrical energy into 18khz high-frequency electrical energy, which is input into the ultrasonic transducer and transformed into 18khz mechanical vibration, thus achieving the purpose of screening and net cleaning, making the screening of ultra-fine powder an easy task. Based on the traditional vibrating screen, this system introduces a low-amplitude, high-frequency ultrasonic vibrational wave (mechanical wave) onto the screen mesh to improve the screening performance of ultra-fine powder, suitable for users of high-value-added fine powder.

Key Features:
Improve the flat descent (light contact between powder and mesh) and sliding effect of low-density powder during gravitational sedimentation, enhance the retention or wedging of high-density metal powder at the mesh, and mitigate the adhesion effect of electrostatic powder, thereby improving screening efficiency and quality. Expressed in terms of screening pass rate, it generally increases the pass rate by 50% to 400% compared to ordinary vibrating screens.

    The system's matching performance ensures that the operating temperature remains low and allows for continuous operation, making it particularly suitable for materials that require temperature control.   

Working Principle:
The ultrasonic vibrating screen consists of a rotary vibrating screen and an ultrasonic source. When the vibrating screen operates, the material on the screen not only undergoes low-frequency rotary vibration but also experiences ultrasonic vibration. Ultrasonic vibration prevents blockage of the screen mesh, thereby enhancing both the output and quality of the vibrating screen.  
The ultrasonic vibration waves (mechanical waves) attached to the screen mesh subject the ultrafine powder to significant ultrasonic acceleration, thereby inhibiting factors such as adhesion, friction, leveling, and wedging that cause screen blockage, and enhancing screening efficiency and screen cleaning efficiency.
